Vikas Dubey

Vikas Dubey brings over two decades of experience across the Indian Air Force, healthcare management, hospital operations, patient care, marketing, digital health and procurement.

He began his professional journey with the Indian Air Force in 2002, subsequently undergoing paramedical training at the Medical Training Centre, Ulsoor, Bengaluru. His experience in Operation Room Technology and hospital services provided him with a strong foundation in clinical operations, teamwork and structured healthcare delivery.

At Anand Abhigyan Healthcare & Life Sciences, he serves as Director – Marketing, contributing to brand development, digital health initiatives, community outreach, procurement and organisational growth.

As HOD – Vikshana Eye Care Centre, he has played an active role in the development of Vikshana, strengthening its operations and infrastructure, and enhancing Shades Opticals as an integral part of its eye-care services.

His leadership combines Armed Forces discipline with hands-on healthcare and managerial experience, with a focus on operational efficiency, patient experience, teamwork and sustainable growth.
